| Description Of Work: David did a variety of projects for us. Built a wood shed platform, 15' x 23', on uneven ground, using cement Deckblocks as levelers. Assembled two prefab, 10' x 14' steel sheds on this shed platform. Painted our living room, dining room and upstairs and downstairs halls, plus all interior doors. along with all repairs needed. Installed oak prefinished plank flooring in our downstairs hall. Member Comments: I am a 76 year old well experienced, fussy, do-it-yourselfer who is learning that just because you can DO a job does not mean that you SHOULD do it. I am a very good handyman myself, but I hired David as a handyman because I am swamped with other significant projects and I cannot do it all myself and needed to find competent help. I am saying this not to boast but to make clear that I am a good judge of what quality workmanship is and what a quality workman should be and David passed all tests with flying colors. In short, hire David for any handyman project, and you can't go wrong! |

Member Comments: We had already bought the ceiling fans last summer but hadn't taken the time to install them ourselves. It took them about 4 hours to get the job done. They also installed ceramic tile in my kitchen area. They also replaced several doors and did many minor repairs throughout the house.
