Hi. My name is David Pausche and I am the sole owner of E.N.P.
Home Improvements. My company has been in business since 1996
and I've personally been doing this type of work most of my life. If
you call on my Company for work, I am the one you would be
talking to, I would be doing the estimate, and I would be doing the
work. I have a great reputation throughout the community because
I take great pride in my work.
I am 35 years old and construction is all I know. I got my first job
at 12 years old during Summer break as a carpet layers assistant.
At 13 & 14, I was a helper roofing houses. At 15, I started as a
helper laying brick on houses. When I graduated at age 17, I started
laying brick full time and did until I was 21. After that, I work with
a company remodeling houses for the next 2 years. Next, I went to
work with a company where we would do residential & commercial
work. We built houses from start to finish and we would do misc.
commercial work.
In 1996, I decided to go to work for myself. I had several people
that wanted me to do work for them. And that's what I did. Over
the next couple years, I did all types of handyman work for many
homeowners.
In 1998, I started being a subcontractor working exclusively for one
major company doing commercial work. I did interior build-outs
on mall stores and strip malls. I remodeled churches, schools, and
many other establishments.
After time, I realized that I really like to work directly with the
homeowners. I take great pride in my work and I like what I do. I
like to impress homeowners and make them happy by doing an
amazing job at a fair price. I treat all my customers like they are
family and I try to please most everyone. I know it is hard to find
someone you can trust to do a good job and not to rip you off.
